"Room was lovely and clean. Bathrooms are quite small for a family room, but we managed fine. We were in the Roesli but could use facilities at the sister hotel the Baslertor which is across the road. Pool was lovely, plenty of towels and a sauna. Will be great in the summer! Staff were lovely and walked us over to show us how to get in. There’s no lift so be mindful of those heavy bags! A lovely stay for the night."

"The rooms are very clean, fresh smell. Location is excellent! Near everything. We rented 3 rooms. We stayed in room 24 and my siblings stayed in room 34 & 37. Our room was ok except for the white bathroom toilet door, its see through. And the 2 rooms are quite small. The toilets need improvements. Toilet floor is slippery. I just hope you can change it because you deserve 5Stars. I will stay in your place again. Thank you!"
