"チューリッヒ中央駅のすぐ近くなので便利。夏なら朝イチに出れば、ルツェルン、インターラーケン、ラウターブルンネンまで行って帰って来れる。部屋のチェックインはスマホで完結。鍵もスマホで施錠・解錠できる。シャワーのお湯がたっぷり出るのでありがたい。朝食のコーヒーマシーンのクオリティ高い。あとパプリカが新鮮でみずみずしくて美味しかった。外は夜遅くまでちょっと騒々しい時もあるけど、窓の遮音性が高いので閉めれば問題ない。ただ夏の暑い時はエアコンがないので閉め切るのも辛く、ダイソンがあって助かった。"

"We stayed at the chalet across the street from the reception for 2 nights. Worst experience ever. Room is very hot, dark (incandescent bulb lighting which adds to the heat), bathroom smells like cigarettes, floors creak, and you can hear everyone who comes in and out of the place. "The location of this hotel was both good and bad. It is convenient to the tram line and a short walk from the main train station. Unfortunately the street is very busy at night with both people shouting and music playing. It also appears to be a major route for police or other vehicles with sirens. The room I had overlooked the street. The room was very hot with no air circulation, no air conditioning, no fan, nothing. If one opened the windrow the first issue encountered was a sun shape...

"They claim that they have a free parking and there wasn't. Had asked for it queen bed and they give us two separate beds for people who are in their honeymoon. The pillows felt like they were filled with cardboard. The staff were not present and when I called them they said if you don't like it you can leave. There was a shared balcony that Lord the privacy of the guests because people were walking in the balcony and they could look into your room. The mattress was hard. Very very poor quality...

"Had an excellent stay. Very quiet and calm nights, didn’t see too many faces but the cleaner greeted me every morning! :) Perfect location near the central station and cozy room with good facilities! "
