"The staff was very nice, kind, polite, and respectful. The hotel was terrible. No toilet paper upon check in, had to request new towels up to 4 times per day, the shower didn’t have any hot water, the pool was in disrepair with missing floor drains and missing tiles, and many sharp ways to cut your skin. The air condition dripped water in the main hallway of the room resulting in wet and slippery floor, with no towels it was difficult to keep dry. The floor was extremely dirty. The doors...
