"Everything was perfect, from the beginning to end. The room was decorated with a modern look as per the pictures on the website and the private pool and hammocks were a perfect fit! The location couldn’t be faulted and the kitchen was fully equipped and the farm on site to pick our own eggs was an amazing experience. Would definitely recommend and stay here again on my next visit. "

"I made 3 different bookings with The Alpha Suites within the 17 days of our vacation to the Philippines. The 1st booking was for 3 nights which was good overall. The 2nd booking was for an overnight stay. We washed our clothes but couldn't dry because the dryer was not working. Had to wait a few hours to get the dryer replaced so it ruined our plan for that day. Also, the bathroom vent was very loud. The 3rd/final booking was for 3 nights. It was a disaster. "Did not meet my expectations. Guest’s service agents had poor service, as well as kuya J restaurant staffs for ala cart. Service staffs during breakfast buffet was great and i mostly appreciate the house keeping staffs, they are more accommodating compared to the front staffs."
