"It was so nice and beautiful, it’s so close to everything that I want to see."

"My wife and I rented a studio with a kitchenette, washer and dryer for about a month. The place was clean, quiet, highly secured. The staff was very friendly and welcoming just the way anyone would like to be treated. The view from our room was very nice, the Pasig river and the surrounding skyline very impressive. Our room included an assigned parking space. Next to the living quarters is a huge shopping mall, grocery and world class shopping and dining. Public transportation is also available....

They had all the amenities you could want and need for an extended stay. Additionally the staff were all pleasant and professional. It's also in a quiet and safe area of Manila. "Friendly and responsive staff. Clean room and great amenities. I’d forgotten that breakfast was included and was bowled over by the selection and excellent taste. Loved the view from the top floor. I will highly recommend Seda Makati and am eager to stay in the other locations on my next visits. It was a wonderful “soft landing” from overseas before visiting with family south of Makati."

"Everything is good. Most of the appliances and fixtures are new or very well taken care of. Only will be a plus if there is microwave for easy heating on the next day and the masters toilet room shower heater seems not working. But nonetheless it is a very good place to stay. Highly recommended for big family. "
