"We had a pleasant stay at Hotel 101 overall. What truly stood out was the staff. They were very friendly, approachable, and consistently helpful from check-in until check-out. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests, and that kind of service makes a big difference.
The room was clean and well-kept, which we appreciated. Housekeeping did a good job maintaining the space throughout our stay.
There are a few areas that could be improved. The air conditioning unit seems to need maintenance, as it wasn’t performing at its best. The towels, while clean, were already worn out, with some discoloration and thinning fabric. Replacing these would definitely elevate the guest experience.
Breakfast was okay. Not exceptional, but still decent enough to start the day.
Overall, it was a comfortable stay, made even better by the excellent service of the staff. With a few improvements, this hotel can easily provide an even better experience."
