"Ok, if you want a fantastic place, great location, perfect grab rides to anywhere (our room to Terminal 3 for $5, can’t be beat and that’s with luggage) super poc Kim and a few other great helpers, this is the one you want to rent, if it’s available. And the room…very nice, spacious super fast wifi with multiple users and no noise!!! Beds are super comfy, a/c’s are fantastic splits, and the location can’t be beat. Steps, yes steps away from Okada without paying that price. Fantastic deal! "

"This is an honest review of a “penthouse” unit near Okada—shared for public awareness, not to harm the business. There were different addresses sent, which caused confusion upon arrival, and no intercom connected to the lobby. The unit is spacious enough for 6, but the quality and upkeep did not meet “penthouse” standards. Concerns:    •   Only one TV (remote not working) in this "penthouse"    •   Middle bedroom AC was fast-dripping—we were given a bucket as a fix solution    •   AC remotes...

"The staff are very good at what they do. The housekeeper who took care of my room during my 30 day stay is excellent. He paid a lot of attention to detail and if he had any questions, he asked. The kitchen in the unit was sufficient and modern. I had breakfast included in my plan for free but I only used it once - I don't get up early. The one time I did use it, I was not too impressed - everything was clean but there was a lack of variety especially for western guests. But that is such a minor...

"The place was great with beautiful views and nearby amenities were just an elevator trip down my room. Locating it was challenging however and, getting in touch with the host took a long time. perhaps instructions on how to locate the tower your room is in would really help."

"Easy walking distance to business meetings in Makati. Shops and restaurants are convenient in the downstairs mall. Always stellar service at breakfast buffet at the 35th floor, and well-varied food comes with a bonus view out to the harbor."
