I exclusively seek out Citadines in Manila and Cebu because trust me when I tell you, there is simply no other hotel that can beat the overall value and experience of a Citadines hotel. However, the building is on a very busy road, and it's exceptionally loud and noisy with all of the traffic. The only other negative is the shower. While it did have hot water which is great, the shower would alternate from cold water, to warm, to scalding hot, and back to cold, about every two to three minutes, and then the water would stop flowing completely for a few minutes, but...
