"Every time I travel, I would book this hotel. Clean, safe and close to lots of restaurants. Staffs are friendly and really good breakfast selection."

"Vault /safe should be in safe place not nearby the door and it should be imstalled not movable that safe to put important document or valuable. The water supply in each floor is not supplied well The pillow is not comfortable to use and have a good rest and sleep. Overall.i will not book this hotel in the future"

"The buffet breakfast was very good--so many choices, even vegetarian. JR, one of the waiters in the breakfast restaurant was so attentive and even gave us helpful information about how to take public transportation. The only negative comment I have is that the water station on the 9th floor was not working."

"This was an amazing hotel with amazing staff! It was an easy check in and staff's customer service sets the bar high! They're very attentive when you need something. For example, whenever I'd ask for water refill, they will have a staff bring it in as soon as I get to my room. Security deposit is 3000 php which isn't too bad, but just to keep in mind when you want to spend there :P The breakfast is around 500 php per day, but luckily we wanted to try the street/authentic foods outside! The joy...

"室内は広く、清潔で快適に過ごせました。ケソン・メモリアル・サークルへのアクセスも良く、早朝のジョギングを楽しめました。シャワーの使い方がよくわからず、初日のみ水シャワーでしたが、その後は操作の仕方を習得し、お湯シャワーを使うことが出来ました。排水も水圧も問題なしです。住所の表示が、近くの他のホテルを示している為、Grabを利用すると近くのホテルが降車・乗車ポイントでした。コンビニエンスストアが近くにあり、便利でした。"

"ベッドの近くにある窓掛け式エアコンと、その近くにある小型冷蔵庫の騒音があり眠れなかったのと、エアコンが壊れたので部屋を変わりましたが、騒音は変わらないので、受け入れました。バスタオルしかないため、ハンドタオルなど持参が必要かと思います。11泊しましたが、2回ほど部屋の掃除がしてなかった事がありました。夜は静かなエリアで、歩きの範囲でコンビニ、レストランがあり、また、スカイウェイに接続もよく、立地は良いと思います。値段も安いので、上記の問題点は相殺でしょうが、室内騒音だけは、解決してほしいですね。"

"Roach infestation, air conditioning unit leaking water, clogged shower drain, bedroom light not working. I have been transferred to 4 different rooms. The staff are excellent, very unfortunate they are working here. Breakfast is good enough, it is delivered to your room. Overall, this hotel is perfect to stay if you are enrolled in a witness protection program ."

"The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and very helpful although when we reached the previously booked room we found the AC wasn't working so they found a different room and they didn't have a key to open it so they found us another room , a deluxe suite so we thought oh wow this is great until we had to flush the toilet and needed maintenance to come . The plunger was short lived and toilet didn't flush again."
