"Low water pressure,not a very good shower head! Grab bar by shower was very loose not stable!Also mechanical mechanism to engage from bathtub to shower was not working properly!Hotel was very hard to get in touch with with directly. No one answered the phone after making many calls!"

"The hotel itself was great, but the staff is absolutely incredible. We arrived late and the younger gentleman at the front desk was in such a good mood and made our check-in process super easy. We had four rooms and he had us checked in and into our rooms within 5 to 6 minutes of arriving. The next morning we met the staff at the café that was also fantastic. I was blown away by whoever is hiring at this location. Kudos to you! I would highly recommend this hotel."

"The room was dirty. The bed sheets were dirty, stained up, had people's hair on it. The pillows were the cheapest you could buy. The toilet was dirty. The refrigerator was dirty. The floors in the bathroom needs repairs. The walls were dirty and you could see stains and build up on them and also needs repairs. The A/C needs repairs, it doesn't work that well. There was a bag of trash spilling over on the sidewalk outside in front of my room all night and was still there the next morning. I told...

"Door dead bolt was in the open position keeping the door propped open, bathroom cleaning looked like it was interrupted as the surfaces had been sprayed but not rinsed. Wrong times provided for the breakfast. Overall a very meh! experience."
