"I'll just start by saying that I've stayed in worse places and it met my general criteria of not having bed bugs. When I walked in, there was no one at the counter so I called the number like the sign said and it rang and rang and rang. I walked around the lobby and tried again. "Overall, this is just an ok place to stay to lay your head. Stayed late May for a family member's wedding. I had read the reviews about the hot water and the reply that they were making improvements to the boiler, so we chanced that the improvements were complete. The first shower was essentially unbearable with the water temperature. Second day shower seemed a little warmer and by the third day, it was good.
