"Lovely inn very near the water’s edge. The West Lyn and East Lyn rivers join together just outside the front door and both spill into the Atlantic less than a five-minute walk away. "We had a very comfortable bed and lovely breakfast at The Spinney for our 2 night stay. It is an interesting old building detailed by Marie-Ann in the guest information book, and has a garden where one can sit and enjoy the views. Our room was well equipped with tea tray etc and Marie - Ann's delicious home made biscuits. We would certainly recommend this place to friends. "
