"Lovely inn very near the water’s edge. The West Lyn and East Lyn rivers join together just outside the front door and both spill into the Atlantic less than a five-minute walk away. The room was spacious, clean, modern and had a wonderful shower tub combo with a fun n spacious design. Water pressure throughout was perfect as was the water temp. "Spotlessly clean room. Comfortable beds. Front bedrooms are a bit noisy as the property is on the main road, so had to sleep with the windows closed. Parking was on site, but a bit awkward especially if other drivers did not park in the marked spaces. Breakfast was ok, but a very strange system of ticking of choice of food on a blackboard, which was not very user friendly. Limited choice (e.g. only orange juice and only one cereal, only berries for fruit choice) and nothing left out to help...
