"Very disappointed with our stay at the Executive Suites Burnaby May.01.26 for 2nights. The experience was far from family-friendly and left us extremely upset. The pool hours and rules were not clearly posted, yet the manager yelled at us in front of our family and other guests to get out of the pool instead of handling the situation professionally. To make matters worse, one of the cleaning staff accidentally pinched my toddler’s finger in a door, causing injury and a lot of distress. What was most upsetting is that the situation still has not been properly addressed or followed up on by management. We expected much better customer service, communication, and care for guest safety. Unfortunately, this was a very negative experience overall."

"Parking is in the property beneath the Hotel and is privately operated. Parking is a little pricy but very convenient. The Hotel staff will help with the information. The Hotel is excellent well worth the price and great location. "

"The property was really excellent and convenient for the price. The room was magnificent, the bed was comfortable with a nice bathroom. Breakfast was very excellent and the staff was friendly and very professional and efficient. I would recommend it to anyone. The location was centered around other amenities also."

"We had the room with the kitchen. Arrived to a clean room. Great area to stay. Breakfast choices: pancakes, pastries, cold cuts, fruits, cereal, yogurt, and hot/cold drink. Pleasant staff. Will definitely come back☺️"
