"Fantastic location with lots to walk to and see and do right out the door."

"Overall our stay at this property was 5 star however several room items needed maintenance attention which were resolved after informing the front desk. Issues were in room safe did not operate properly and had to be reset(resolved and three light fixtures would not turn on (resolved) and our in room phone did not work and had to be replaced. Maintenance advised the phone had to be replaced. With such a high end property this was disappointing but the prompt efforts by staff was greatly appreciated."

"Breakfast was served only until 9:30am. A guest started a fire in their room at 3:30am which resulted in sirens for 45 minutes. "

"Room wasn’t properly clean. They also forgot to clean it the 2d night even we left the door sign that they could entered. Never sent towels, we didn’t have toilet paper. The person at the reception (Raghav was his name) said i have to pick the towels and toilet paper up downstairs. I went downstairs and no one was at the reception. We were 6 people waiting for someone to talk to. The manager of the restaurant came out to try yo find someone to help us. Terrible service from this guy at the reception from the beginning. We always liked this hotel but it has been going down the last 2 times we were there. "

"Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Elevators were fast. Within walking distance of excellent shopping.. Waterfront beauty. Taxis also out front. "
