"This was an exceptional property and we enjoyed our stay immensely. The owner was friendly and helpful. The room was immaculately clean and the view of the river was beautiful. We had to leave early in the morning and the owner left out a packaged breakfast for us. We would definitely stay there again."

"Parking is a bit hit & miss as it’s in shared public parking . Our registration was taken at check-in so you don’t get fined for parking however they got it wrong & day 1 we got a parking fine ! A trip to reception was needed to sort it but just felt hotel staff were a little careless . Otherwise pretty good & nice location near the water . "

"It was a basic room no frills. The staff were very nice and helpful. Close to Horse shoe bay terminal. It suited us for one night only. The resto attached was not very good and prices were high. Not impressed with the resto ."

"The hotel rooms were very comfortable and amenities like a full kitchen as well as a washer/dryer in the unit are a great feature. The staff were friendly and responded quickly. Unfortunately, the area around the hotel did not feel safe. I witnessed drug use on the sidewalk as I walked on the street next to the hotel. This was during the day."

"The outdoor pool was heated and there were plenty of lounging chairs. We had many issues with our room card not opening our room door, we were three for 5 days and there were problems with all three rooms we had booked with the key cards. Needed to have them changes multiple times throughout each day."

"The location is excellent. Room is spacious with comfortable bed. The guest services people were very helpful, in a no-fuss sort of way. Low key but Efficient. Had umbrellas for guests when raining."

"Great overall, the only two things we didn't love were the lack of parking. We barely had a real stall, but made it work. The other issue was the to go coffee lids were a pain in the but to fit the cups. They really don't fit well. Minor issue over all but was a little frustrating at the time. "The hotel is located on a busy street, and has very thin exterior walls, along with an AC unit that was in the window, so you could hear every vehicle, conversation, noise and leaf drop outside on the street. The bed was large and comfortable, the room was clean and newly updated, but the sleep was terrible due to the constant interruptions from outside. Despite the areas that they did really well, I would definitely not stay here again."
