"When we arrived at the hotel, we were in shock at how run down the hotel was. The hotel sign looked like a tornado tore it apart! Everything was ripped off of the sign. "Room had a weird moldy smell. There was hair in the bathtub when we arrived. It has been good in the past years but this year was totally different."

"We liked the walkability of the property and easy access to places we wanted to visit. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety and was good. The staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable. "The parking was the best park of the stay. So my partner and I showed up around 5pm to check into our room ( we booked this room properly about a month a head of time). The front desk women is brand new has no idea what she doing. No problem so the manager comes out and helps. The manager gives a room key and we go up to our room the room was not cleaned at all from the previous guest that was there. So we go back down stairs and tell both of them that the room was not clean at all. They look...

"Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The hallways were dirty, the elevator was covered in fingerprints and did not appear clean at all, and the room had several maintenance issues. The toilet was leaking, the shower head was leaking, and the exhaust fan was extremely loud. Breakfast was okay overall, but I strongly recommend avoiding the pancake machine — the pancakes were coming out raw inside. Definitely not the level of cleanliness and maintenance we expected."
