"The club room was great the staff where amazing. The property itself was nice and conveniently located. The restaurant and room service was excellent. Low rating was for the issues with my room. The coffee bar door swung shut when you opened it on its own i figured this out the hard way when it hit my elbow. My second night the air conditioning broke. It was not fixed until the next day which left me sleeping in 78F. Very poor nights sleep and when maintenance came in at 5am to look at...

"We stayed in the backstage trailers. They were so clean and comfortable. Right next to Fenway which makes the experience so much better. The property is well maintained and the staff were so helpful. There were some critters running around outside, but to be expected in the city. Lots of kids around, so family friendly. Would stay again!"

"The self check in was so easy. The room was very big and had a private bathroom, coat closet and multiple seating areas. We met the staff in the morning in the kitchen and she was lovely! The hotel was very quiet for a Saturday night. It was walking distance to our destination. Once we figured out where to park (Back Bay parking garage about 2 blocks away.
