As was the various fruits from their garden. Easy travel to numerous places including Stourhead and the Fleet Air Arm Museum. Great hosts highly recommended."

" The first impression upon entering reception (it's in the pub) is that you feel like you've walked into the crime series Midsummer Murder and are looking to find Barneby. Our room was great, large bed, nice bathroom. You are greeted very warmly and uprightly, and you feel like you've been treated to a very good life. "Just an overnight stop on our way home. Room was very clean, as was bathroom. Staff were extremely polite and friendly, a pleasure to speak with. Food was cooked well and they accommodated my fussy food tastes. "

"Booked as part of a longer trip. Situated on the high street, 10 mins from Glastonbury, 20 mins from Haynes Car museum. We only booked the one night, as this was the last leg of our trip, but would have gladly have stayed longer. Warm, friendly welcome. Twin room situated on the top floor. Beds were super comfy, great night sleep. We booked in for evening meal and breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The food was lovely. Really enjoyed our stay, definitely book here...

"Room was air-conditioned and cool when we arrived on a very hot day. The evening menu at the pub has a wide choice and the food and drinks were excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend "
