"Well from the minute we walked in we felt like family we was given a good introduction to a safety of the building and everything else which was absolutely fabulous. The room itself was amazing love and ice space an amazing bath would definitely either recommend the lady that runs it is really friendly really outgoing and we will definitely be back 100% fabulous location for the Winter Gardens."

"Great location Jackie was there when we arrived to let us in and was friendly and helpful. Parking on street was full but plenty of carparks near by. Room clean and comfortable. Only feedback would be that check in info wasn't completly clear as it says to contact the propery ahead of the stay to get check in details and the number on hotels.com was a landline (i got mobile number from the website and was able to speak to Jackie who said she would be there to let us in so no issues just...
