"A beautiful place to stay with a cosy room, gorgeous decor and a lovely welcoming feel. Friendly hosts and a delicious breakfast. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it to anyone. A real gem!"

"I enjoyed my stay clean very nice place"

"Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Lovely clean room and comfy bed. Close to everything and very quite. Will definitely stay again"

"Room didn’t look like it was hoovered. Tv in room wouldn’t work. Shower stopped working and hot tap in room didn’t work. Other than that for the price we payed it was good and I would recommend if you’re on a tight budget."

"Excellent opinion for a family stay. Delicious breakfast and comfortable beds. Highly recommended"

"Wouldn’t stay here again manager is rude, aggressive"

"It was more like a hostel room. Very basic, it reflects the price. Was a good location near to everything. What put me off was the smell of weed. Would I stay there again No! Lucky we bought our own bedding and towels. And soaps etc. It does reflect on the price. If your not fussy we're you stay, it's for you!"

"Staff were very welcoming & helpful. rooms, bedding and towels were clean and also had a fan in our room. (Family room) on our last day our train home wasnt until 3pm and he let us keep our suitcase in storage and go back for it before we went for the train whilst we enjoyed afew more hours in the centre. Would definitely stay again."

"Lovely clean& comfortable hotel with everything you need & more. Very friendly, helpful staff and breakfast was tasty and plentiful. We would be happy to stay again."

"Super host and great variety at breakfast. Felt very looked after and welcomed. Room clean with adequate shower and plenty of lovely little extras. Only negative was the pillow was a little lumpy and duvet a little heavy, had a very hot night even with the fan in the room. Couldn't open window because of noise from the seagulls! That said I would recommend a stay here. Lot better than other b&bs I've tried in Blackpool and very central."

"When I got there I looked at the property and was horrified there was just piles of rubbish bags outside the cellar room window I looked up and most of the rooms I saw there were actually no curtains or they were hanging down. It looked like it hadn't been used for yrs. On the door of the property there was a phone number on the front door and I was about to ring a girl come from a property a few doors down she said are you booking in and I said yes and thank God for that she said I was going...

"Easy enough check in. The room was fine for what we needed for 1 night. No issues and close to the centre."
