"Room was clean and spacious. Check in process with Lisa was great and quick. The kitchen for late night service was short staff was not able put in order as the wait time was hour wait. In the evening call front desk no one available, the pull of sofa had no bedding call front desk from room phone twice with no answer, then call the hotel directly from my cell phone and someone answered and we had to go down to front desk to get the bedding. Free drink were nice perk and food for the happy hour. "

"The only complaint I have is that you have to pay for parking. As far as I can tell, there is no security provided, the parking lot is an open one in what appears to be a suburban environment with no other businesses close by. I have trouble understanding why payment for parking would be required. It's not like they have to prevent non-guests from parking there or as if they provide security for your car."
