Initially difficult to find, driving in was a very tight squeeze with a mid-sized SUV, but once we were in, we found the office and gate no problem, and the staff were very helpful. "We had an amazing stay here. We were greeted at the entrance by Emiliano who grabbed our bags and brought them upstairs. Barbara was very friendly and accommodating, making sure our stay was going to be top notch and also making recommendations for places to eat in the area (which were all great). "Fantastic rooms with balconies overlooking the main street in Palermo. The room and facilites were very clean, coffee, tea and pastries offered complimentry in a communal area. If driving into the city a permit is required for the ZTL Zone, this was arranged free of charge by the hotel. Incredibly walkable but be advised the surrounding streets are cobble/stone in case you are wheeling luggage’s or requesting a ride share. It may be that you need to walk to the nearest street.
