"The hotel was beautiful and spacious with lovely views. The staff was quirky. The bed was hard and the hot water didn’t really work. One thing to note is the road out there is rough and unpaved. We had one grab driver not be able to make it up and we had to walk in the dark. "

"This place is amazing! I can’t say enough about how helpful and wonderful all the staff were. They went out of their way to help us organize our day trips and travel plans. The food at the restaurant was really good, a nice breakfast buffet, and a delicious dinner. The room was clean and it had a nice view. We enjoyed a massage at the spa, which was really great. I highly recommend this for your stay in Sapa. It’s located a little out of the town and up on the hillside in a nice quiet area but...

Large clean room with windows that opened to allow in the clean, fresh local air. Breakfast was small, but excellent, with buffet and made to order choices. The staff took care of ordering our tickets for the Fansipan funiculars, and cable car. Highly recommended!!"
