"The first room we were assigned smelled like a middle school locker room . It was clear the carpets were not clean . The front desk had to move us to another room . "We liked everything about Indigo Hotel. It has a lot of atmosphere, the facilities are modern & the decor inviting. We enjoyed reasonably priced meals on the outside patio, the pool & the rooftop view. The location is good. Will be back."

"I didn't have problems so much with my room, my problems were with the load nneighbors were addressed but continued to be load even after being addressed. So I had hoped I wouldn't have to call more then once but I did and they continued to be load well after 1AM. MY AC was just as load."

One small wastebasket for the room. No shower curtain liner. Refrigerator leaked overnight and we had to use the towels to clean the floor. That's how we found out the floors were FILTHY 😡. "We reserved a two double bed with kitchen for 4 days and everything went great especially since it's located in Columbus GA was a very nice city. Plenty of stores and restaurants to get us by on our mini vacation."

"I walked into the lobby to the front desk and was immediately overwhelmed by the odor of marijuana and filth. I was afraid to touch anything, I walked out prepared to sleep in my car. It was graduation week and was so worried I wouldn’t find other accommodations at last minute. Thank GOD the Sleep Inn had one room available!"

"The Microtel by Wyndham look good on the outside, but on the inside did not feel welcoming. The front desk woman who helped us was great, however, the place didn’t feel welcoming. The continental breakfast was the most horrible I’ve ever seen and I stay at many hotels. The housekeeping did not even clean our rooms when we were out and about did not refresh our towels. It was the worst day at any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I will never stay at this hotel again."
