Place look really good after years of not being renovated l! Although I made a reservation for myself and my husband, I selected one guest and had to pay an additional $12 at check in which seemed a little extreme. They lady at the front desk was kind though and had exceptional customer service.
Really not much to like unless you like cheap. Had to pay extra at check in for a third adult 🤔.Requested non smoking and room reeked of cigarettes and Marijuana. Dingy linens and towels. One small wastebasket for the room. No shower curtain liner. Refrigerator leaked overnight and we had to use the towels to clean the floor. That's how we found out the floors were FILTHY 😡. No offer for housekeeping. We had to RETURN THE DIRTY TOWELS BEFORE WE COULD GET MORE????? The shower and tub weren't very clean. No bath mat. No hand towels. We weren't asked about our stay at check out. We would have switched hotels but availability was limited for graduation at Fort Benning. I would love to get my money back but I'm sure there's no point in asking. Never again. One word - DON'T.
This place is a complete scam. The photos online are a joke compared to what you actually get. The area is filthy, loud, and feels genuinely dangerous. You will not feel safe here for a single minute, let alone trying to sleep through the night. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this dump.
They moved me to another hotel before I got to this hotel and the other one was dirty and very nasty it has a lot of roaches infested and dirty bed sheets I asked to move and they moved me to a smokers room with blood on the walls I left and paid for a different room it was too terrible.
Mold and writing on the wall was in my first room , it was so gross , cigarettes and batteries under the bed. I asked to be moved. Got moved to a “upgraded” one which was just how a normal hotel room should be. With the exception of the shower looking like a horror movie. And every other room looked destroyed.

The property needs a major upgrade, but they are trying to renovate.
Broken and boarded windows, people passed out in the parking lot and in front of doors. It was so horrible I didn't go inside to see how bad the rooms were.
You get what you pay for. Cheapest in the area, and some smells of smoke in a non-smoking room. Upgrading doesn't improve much & doesn't get rid of the bug problem, so better to stick with the lower cost. Lobby was stuffy & hot, so it wasn't a great place to hang out. Computers were slow to boot & terrible for browsing the web, so better to have your own.
