I,m sure the hotel is normally great but they are undergoing some significant renovations at the moment so the bar and restaurant are a little makeshift. Really nice staff though and super friendly and helpful. Looking forward to visiting again when all the work is completed.

B&B HOTEL Gent Centrum
Excellent location and very comfortable room. Friendly staff. Nice addition of tea/coffee in reception. Lots of noise from other guests in corridors outside room and doors banging but thankfully this was minimal after 10pm. Would recommend for superb location and good transport links.

Adagio Access Gent Centrum Dampoort
Clean room, kitchenette good, no breakfast included. Unfortunately was informed that our bathroom sink was broken so was asked to use the kitchen sink instead. No other available room as it is weekend. Gave us 2 drinks coupon as compensatory.

The shower and kitchen appliances worked well, and the host was friendly and helpful via messages despite occasional slow replies.
