"The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff are the highlights of our stay! Zika, Margarita, Lily, and Susie as well as the rest of the staff helped us with luggage drop offs, taxi rides as well as destination suggestions. Washer/Dryer and the steamer were a plus and the rooms were neat and tidy. Dyson hairdryer and bidet added to the overall comfort of our stay. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Macau!"

Our family of five adults, distributed across two beautifully appointed rooms, were delighted with our stay. Staff were extremely helpful with recommendations for local food and travel tips for our continued journey north into China through Zhuhai."

"I booked and pay the breakfast. I was expecting the breakfast was buffet but when we arrived it’s semi buffet only that foods are served and we’re not satisfied. I emailed and requested the bathtub but no reply until we check in.. So disappointed.."
