"The breakfast was maybe the best included breakfast at a hotel that I've ever had. Eggs were fluffy, sausage was real and hot, potatoes were excellent and also hot, and the biscuits were herbed and super flaky. Very impressed! "

"Property was just ok. Very dim hotel and room. Sofa looked 20 years old as did the decor. The bathroom looked like patchwork calk had been used to bandaid area. Very musty smell. Pool was trashy. Would not stay there again."

"We enjoyed the stay love the parking the only thing we didn’t like was we were a late check in we were coming in from Corpus Christi and I don’t get out of work until midnight so we arrive at 2:30 am , and we payed on line for our stay so we wouldn’t have any issues and then we got there they said they’re was a cut off time to check in , which I think is ridiculous because you already payed for the room so it’s yours already you just need someone to give the keys, so make sure your there before...

"We paid for king room and when we got there they placed us in 2 double bed room wasn’t too happy about that. Other than that there was old chips behind our bed and old food left under the cabinet by the tv- a little gross. Staff was friendly. "

"Holiday Inn Express San Antonio airport area was great/fantastical. VERY VERY CLEAN. The property with pool was lovely. One issue, when I arrived back to Mi I (04-15-2026) I was surprised to see I had been charged an extra 50$??? I didn’t purchase what ‘Sabrina’ called “incidentals”. My husband did not stay with me so it can’t be an ‘extra person’ charge.My husband was not on the original reservation either. Susan Duby"

"Amables en recepción, el personal atento. La habitación le falta un poco de limpieza a fondo, el frigobar hace demasiado ruido. Las personas encargadas del desayuno, poco amables y corren para quitarlo. No tratan bien y ni agua me querían dar. Es un lindo hotel, muy agradable la ubicació. Ojalá le pudieran mejorar esos detalles. ... Si me vuelvo a quedar ahí!"

"The hotel was fine, staff was helpful, only issue was my wife, brother in law and daughter woke up with bug bites, we stayed in room 320, other than that the experience was fine. We were 5 mins from the airport which my wife wanted, but the bites made the rest of our weekend uncomfortable since we traveled to Dallas!"

"Spent 1 hour trying to check in, our reserved rooms were given to other people therefore they wanted us to stay in suites and charge us extra when the mistakes were on their end. They charge $100 for deposit when it’s a hotel that isn’t even good we just stayed there because everything else was sold out. Manager was horrible as well and wouldn’t even help the clerk with the huge line"
