Nos gustó mucho la estadía en este hotel. Limpio, seguro, camas muy cómodas, agua caliente y wifi 10/10. El desayuno muy bueno. El personal muy amable.

Una estancia maravillosa! La habitación estaba impecable, muy limpia y cómoda. El personal fue increíblemente amable y atento en todo momento. Es un hotel ideal para familias y definitivamente volvería a hospedarme aquí.

Staff was great, location was great, clean room but our tv would not connect to their WiFi for the duration of our stay. It would go in and out on our phones as well, but that was the only frustration thing about our stay

Everything about the property was great except it's just really loud at night as it's right on the street but I was there during the highest period of time and there were a ton of people running the streets most of the night so it was difficult to sleep but I did get some earplugs and it was all good. It would be nice to have a fan in the room which could keep the air moving and drowned out some of the sound. Place is extremely convenient and the ownership and management team is amazing .

really nice place. minutes walk to the main ticket office to get Machu picchu and the bus. There is even a nice overview of the village just to the left of the street as you get to the intersection at the top. the whole place does not take long to walk the whole village. There are no cars, but everything is less then 10 minute walk from there. lots of little things to see, and great street food, restaurants....just be aware that the train ride back at least for us was delayed getting back to Olytatombo.

Good location in Aguas Calientes, a little noisy at night but didn’t go on too late. Staff provided a packed breakfast ready for my early Machu Picchu start which was appreciated. Easy walking distance to MP bus stop.

Das Hotel liegt super zentral und bietet einiges an Komfort. Die Zimmer sind sauber und mit warmen Decken ausgestattet. Das Bad hat schön heißes Wasser. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und wird speziell für einen auf Wunsch zubereitet. Einen Stern Abzug weil die Fenster verzogen sind und sich dadurch nicht komplett schließen lassen. Dadurch war es insbesondere nachts sehr laut.

This hotel is one of the best places I have stayed while I was in Peru. Hotel is right next to the ticketing office for machu picchu like literally down the block. It is few minutes to Plaza. Room is huge and very clean!!! Bed is very comfortable! The staff were all nice and approachable! Always greets you with a smile! Also, the breakfast is good.. they’ll cook you food the moment you got into the dining area, it is not a pre-cooked breakfast.. which I appreciate it the most.. AND the freshly papaya and pineapple juice was amazinggggg! I love that and still thinking about that juice.. and on my last day, they even offered me a to go breakfast cuz I woke up late but unfortunately, I was trying to catch the train to go back to cusco ~ they are really sweet and will also tell you some activities around the area if you have free time one of them was Mariposa Sanctuary which is like 20min walk from the hotel!! All in all, I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone especially to my family and friends!

My family and I booked our stay and had a horrible experience. Check in took at least 30 mins due to the rooms not being ready in time although I notified the property of my arrival time and arriving well past the posted check in time. There was no hot water at any time of the day, and it was so loud that we barely slept. The worst part was finding a toenail in our bed that did not belong to us. The only positive thing of this hotel was the location. Stay at your own risk.
