"The hotel was good for one night to visit Machu Picchu. It is never a 4 star hotel. The reception and the rooms are very tired, the food is not great. My room was very small, the beds creaked, the bathroom was tiny, the shower was not great. However, the location is very convenient and the staff are very helpful. "
