We loved this hotel! Beautiful with convenient and comfortable rooms. Staff friendly and breakfast delicious. Aguas calientes being small, walkabikity isnt really an issue.

My wife and I had a great room overlooking the river. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make our stay extremely memorable.

This hotel is conveniently located very close to the train station and the bus station for the transport to Machu Picchu. Check in was easy and the free breakfast was amazing. The restaurant in the hotel is also open for lunch and dinner and the food was delicious! The bed was super comfortable and the area was safe and quite. Lots to do nearby. Highly recommend!

A great place to stay when visiting Machu Picchu. Bus and train stations are easy walks, food, etc also. Rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. As with most places on our trip to MP they will hold your luggage while you are at MP and planning on leaving later that day by train/taxi/bus.

They have elevators. And was relative near to the public areas and restaurants. I don't like that was in descend street and when we are tire that require a lot of effort.

Fantastic staff and restaurant. Staff was there to meet us at the train station on arrival and guided us through getting Machu Picchu tickets. All staff was proffesional and attentive. Food at the restaurant was fantastic. All menu items we tried, were amazing.

Não é um 4 estrelas, nem perto!!!!
Quando chegamos já tivemos problemas, pois o pessoal do Hotel não foi nos buscar na estação de trem como combinado.. Tivemos que ir embaixo de chuva perguntando as pessoas onde era... O Hotel em si é bonito, mas NUNCA um 4 estrelas... a porta do banheiro estava estufada (só um exemplo). Solicitei pelo WhatsApp a carta do restaurante, a moça me mandava um link para fazer reserva!!! E por último, check-out as 10:00 (Absurdo)!!! Tivemos que sair do quarto as 10:30, sendo que o trem era só as 15:00hs.... DETALHE, o Hotel estava vazio, ou seja, não tinha necessidade de termos saído... resumindo.. NÃO É UM 4 ESTRELAS... E FIQUE BEM ATENDO NA CHEGADA POIS PODEM SE SURPREENDER TENDO QUE ACHAR O HOTEL SOZINHOS!

Hotel é muito bom! Nos encontrou na chegada do trem, levou nossas malas, atendimento é impecável. Pode melhorar na estrutura, no caso remover os carpetes que acabam gerando um pouco de cheiro. No geral gostamos muito de nossa estadia! Os quartos com vista são sensacionais!

this was one of the nicest hotels we've stayed at. our room haha roof top balcony and the view was the most amazing thing ever. drinks in the mini fridge, great heating and cooling system so our room was very comfortable!

It is 5 min. walk from the main area but very quiet. Property is maintained and all employees are ready to serve you. For us the best part was they picked up from the station and carried our handbags.

The staff went out of there way to help in anyway. No coffee pot in room ,but big breakfast every morning . Rooms are clean, bed is hard. Dow comforters.

Great place with friendly staff and all the comforts of home. We slept soooo well and loved our time here. They are very service-oriented and really take care of guests. Definitely recommend!

Aguas Calientes is a small town, and really only has one road that the bus travels on, and this hotel is one of the ones that are Right next to the street. HOWEVER, there was barely Any noise in our room (which was directly next to the road with a mountain view) and we had no trouble during the night. The staff were amazing and very helpful, and they even offer you a free delicious alcoholic (or non, if you prefer) to enjoy at any time during your stay. The rooms and the bathrooms were very clean, and everything was just lovely. The only issue, which is not at all limited to this hotel, are the mosquitos (or other bugs) that will bite you relentlessly! So make sure you bring bug-resistant spray or something, and do not open hotel windows (as recommended by the staff as well).
