"Our room was lovely, clean and well appointed. The staff were very friendly and very helpful!, breakfast was amazing, they cater for everyone. The restaurant staff really friendly and accommodating, we had a birthday meal there which they made extra special too, and overall our stay was made better ( if that’s possible) due to the above. "It is great location , in the heart of Florence . We had a electricity issue that too in winters. The challenge is there was no one or number to contact on . Somehow the restaurant called the owners who got it fixed by the provider . Was sorted in 2-3 hrs but we had to worry and find places to hang out and be warm while the issue was ongoing . The property is very well located near to the electronic escalators to go into the historic center and depending on the room provides great views of iconic buildings. "Beautiful room in a central location with all the main sights a short stroll away. Room well appointed with the most amazing double shower. On the top floor with amazing views from the outdoor terrace. Only drawback was the really loud industrial generator/air conditioner that is on another building behind the room that came on every 30 mins or so all through the night. Lift was out of service on the second day that we were leaving and was a nightmare to hump suitcases down 5 flights of stairs....
