"They made extra effort to stay with our dogs they gave us a ground floor close to the dog run area. Front desk was very helpful and informative. I did not get her name but the checkin lady was happy friendly and knowledgeable she was great!!!!! Thank you"

"Check-in was quick and friendly. Our room had two bedrooms, connected by an open area with microwave, fridge and sink, and also had a sofa bed in one of the rooms. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of storage with surfaces for luggage, etc. Our room had a balcony view of the lake and the Mackinac Bridge. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with a bright and spacious bath and nice toiletries. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool, but it was larger than in most hotels,...

"Don’t judge the book by the cover! The rooms are redone- not heating/cooling but we didn’t need ours. Very clean. Balcony is nice, private and spacious with very comfy seating. "
