"The pool and hot tub was way nice ! Warm to the only bad review that I have is the lighting in the room we had to turn in all the lamps to get any light. Also they need to update their room because there was no place to plug phones in we had to unplug lamps so you could imagine how dark it was in the room. I kept getting messages on the phone and in order to get the message I had to call the front desk so I did and no one answer the phone. Also called for a luggage person to help and they said...

"Was given a handicap room which we didn’t request, our room door didn’t not completly close and we were away several hours and didn’t know this. Also, TVs weren’t working properly, valet parking was too expensive, bathroom towels were of poor quality, on checkout we discovered we were charged more than quoted(they corrected it). However, staff was great and breakfasts were good."

"Nice hotel, but we were going to go down to the restaurant for drinks and eats before the concert. They were closed from 1PM to 5 PM I believe. So that is super inconvenient in a hotel. Never ended up going to the restaurant at all. I guess they don't want to pay their staff for that extra 4 hours, but at least be open on weekends. Also very sketchy outside of the hotel with all the druggies everywhere."

"The room scheduling issue caused staying in a room with two twin beds for a night instead of our booked king bed. But the hotel gave free breakfast for the duration of our stay to make it up and it turned out well after all. "
