"Room is very old. Window was cracked its December so it was cold. Room does not have heater. A tiny T.V spotty wifi. Patches of holes very visible. No amenities, nothing close to try to get coffee. Water is located in a jug on a hall way. Tried to get a different room and was told that I couldn't because that's not what I booked in expedia even though I said I would pay the difference. The hotel is huge over 30 rooms & in total for the weekend only 2 additional guest showed up. Beautiful outside...

"Really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Tijuana Airport. The location is excellent, convenient and feels very safe. It has that classic Hilton feel you used to see in the U.S., with visible security rather than relying only on keycard elevators, which I appreciated. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, and the beds were especially nice. Overall, it’s a great spot whether you’re traveling with your girlfriend, wife, or family. "I checked in at 12am midnight, didn’t noticed there were no towels in the room
I called in the morning to have towels brought up, I had to come down and asked for a 2nd time 45 mins later, the attendant with an attitude told me to go back upstairs and they’d bring me towels, and still waited another 15 mins, waited outside for them to bring to me, it was horrible
Only people that were very friendly and helpful were the parking attendants, other than that horrible service, will not be staying...
