Hotel is right next to the courtyard of the Masjid. you can see gate number 12 from your hotel room. Amazing location only about 6 mins walk to get into the masjid gates. Hotel is satisfactory with cleanliness. The staff is very helpful and friendly!

The Owner of the hotel is very arrogant, our booking with Expedia showing check in 2:00 pm but he said 4:00pm and when we mentioned he said talk with Expedia nothing I can do He is taking advantage of location We pay 4 time less money in Makkah hotel and get 10 times better service and cleaning

Its an "old hotel" . Hot water gets finished after one bath and in some rooms there is 3 beds. Only good thing as location to haram. It will be difficult for me to stay there again unfortunately.

My stay was good due to the fact that I wanted to visit Medinah and Prophet (was) and hotel is right next to the holy site. But the hotel needs a good deep clean.

Only best thing about this hotel is its location. It’s closest to Prophet’s Mosque. In terms of cleanliness, it’s below average. Carpets were extremely dirty, one cannot step on them without slippers. Relatively expensive and not worth the price you pay. 10/10 marks for location.

Nice stay with a view of the Prophet Mosque
The best thing about this hotel is that it is close to the Prophet Mosque with a 4-minute walk to reach the masjid fence. My room had a view of the mosque, which was great. The room is a bit old. The room had three beds with insufficient space to move or eat. There is no tea or coffee in the room but I could get them for free from the restaurant floor.

Nur pakistana inder o.a Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption der pakistana respektlos unfreundlich nicht der Sekretär nie wieder buche ich in den hotel wen man duscht bleibt das wasser fur eine weile auf den boden zimmer wird nicht sauber gemacht die betten tuhen den rucken weh beim schlafen ich habe selber den Mull entsorgt und sauber gemacht

Excellent hôtel , le prix est très raisonnable et la proximité avec le haram est excellente. La chambre dispose d’une magnifique vue sur le haram. Le personnel est très sympathique. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent je recommande vraiment.
