"Taha was good in assisting us to choose the menu"

"Very nice, clean rooms, good amenities, only thing that held it back was the lifts would be very busy"

"Excellent hotel with lovely staff, location and design. My favourite!"

"We spent 3 days at Fairmont Mekkah with a great and extensive choice of morning buffet, clean and large room, and amazing service... Hence, Sofitel Madinah pales in comparison. Confusing layout of the buffet, the range of choice is ok but could be better... the room is rather small, the bathroom is not furnished with the usual 5 stars marble as I had imagined, in the evening we could still hear some construction activity. That one memorable time, is the guy who cleans the room. He was very-very...

"The king size bed was not comfortable"

"Basic and outdated hotel. Bath tub need replacing. Guests using vape in front of non smoking room. Tiles need more cleaning . Plugs very old and broken."

"Room is very updated and bathroom is very modern and clean"

"Very disappointing experience. The staff was extremely unhelpful and frustrating to deal with. The room key card was not working at all, which made the situation even more stressful. I asked twice for someone to help take my luggage downstairs, but nobody showed up. Later, the staff told me I had to leave the room. If nobody comes to help with the luggage despite being asked twice, how do they expect guests to leave the room and manage everything themselves? The staff was getting on my nerves...

"My experience in Medinah has never been so great. Staying at this beautiful hotel, the room, the staff and the closeness to Haram is priceless. Although I find the food a bit pricey. We only eat breakfast and lunch once and they charge #689 Riyal for my family of 3 kids and 2 adults. Over all i will recommend the hotel for anyone looking to have a great stay in Medinah."
