The hotel is couple minutes away from Masjid Nabvi. The Washroom was very old and you had to use viper to keep it dry. Shower was not up to the standard. They did not change the linen for 3 days. We had to ask everyday for the change of towels. Receptionists were good. Braekfast did not had variety.

Pour son prix cet hôtel n'est pas ce qu'on attendait, je pense que 50€ la nuit c'est le bout du monde (j'ai des vidéos qui vous laissent perplexe), je peux vous les envoyer comme preuve!

Déçu de l'hôtel noté 7,8. Chambre pas propre du tout : rideau de douche jaune/brun par la saleté, portes sales, faux plafond sales...etc. Le sol a été fait grossièrement à notre arrivée. A chaque jour son désagrément : pas de pile dans le coffre-fort, pas d'eau chaude, fuite depuis le plafond de la salle de bains, carte magnétique désactivée... Les seuls points positifs sont la proximité avec la mosquée et le petit déjeuner buffet.

This property is closed to haram. Customer service was more than excellent. They went out of their way when we told them after checking in that we don’t like bathroom and if there is way to change room. Immediately they offered to tour 5 other rooms to change if we like even the suite. I haven’t had that kind of customer service experience before where reception people went above and beyond to accommodate customer. Very satisfied with our stay . I would recommend this property to everyone who is looking for close to masjid e nabawi and have a budget to stay in. Only thing needs improvement is they should rebuild their bathrooms in entire hotel. Since this is old building and hotel. It’s bathrooms need renovation after that it would be excellent place. One additional plus is there elevators are fast. Better than some 5 star hotels we have been. This is not 5 star hotel. So expect it that way. You will not get stuff and amenities like you would in 5 star. But some things at Al salam hotel are better managed than 5 star. Such as room service is 24 hr, fast elevators, great accommodating staff, convenient and beautiful location. Masood and Shah Alam were great help . And reception staff was fabulous English speaking and attitudes.

The hotel offers the basics that you need to visit Al Haram. It is very close to the Haram. Also the parking under Alharam is very concenient ( 4 min walk) and is only 1 SAR per hour. A lot of stores and shops in the area. Rooms are a bit small but clean. The hotel staff are very cooperative and responsive. The room service food is good abd reasonably priced.

A 2-star hotel
The only positive: Close to the Haram Unfortunately, this hotel is unable to handle peak season bookings. Our room was dirty the entire week, even though we had the "make the room up" card displayed. The room was cleaned once and every time i needed to find someone for fresh towels and toilet paper. Apart from the friendly female receptionist, the male receptionists don't smile nor are they pleasant (its as if they're doing you a favour). The porter didnt even ask if we needed assistance with our luggage. The room was tiny, dark and there was only 1 plug-point (which needed the bed to be moved). Finally, the restaurant is below average. From outdated decor and uncleaned tables to a slapdash Eid breakfast (if you can call it breakfast).

My exoerience at the mirage alsalam hotel
It was good stay at the mirage close to al masjid alnabawi also close to all kind of shops.I was very very pleased with the reception staff they are very nice people and helpful. For a budget hotel is very recommended.but if you want more you have to pay more.

Helpline for room service is terrible. Lunch room manager was very rude when asked to warm up the food. No room service after Maghrib mostly after Zuhr. Would prefer to stay somewhere else next time Inshallah.

An der Rezeption sind die Mitarbeiter mit der Verbuchung der Buchung überfordert. Die Zimmerkarten müssen andauernd reaktiviert werden. Sie reagieren überempfindlich auf Handys oder Magnete. Möchte man in sein Zimmer funktionieren die Karten nicht. Rechnungen werden unleserlich ausgedruckt. Beim Checkout erhält man die Information, dass man noch eine Rechnung offen hat. Dies liegt daran, dass man Bar am Anfang bezahlt, und dabei eine zu niedrigen Wert gesagt bekommt, und beim Checkout die Differenz begleichen muss. 5 Sterne sieht anders aus. Zimmerservice ist stets freundlich und zu vorkommend. Sind stets bemüht einen zufrieden zu stellen.

Convenient location. Near to haram.
The stay at this hotel was very convenient because of best location. The other guests in rooms were noisy even after 10pm no respects for tired people taking rest. Clear signs be displayed to respect other guests staying in same floor. Receptionist were very cooperative and polite. Cleanness was taken care of. Will recommend and stay again.
