"The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was very nice but too dark. The lighting in the room was cold and glaring like you see for nighttime road work but did not provide adequate lighting to see well. On site parking is limited and tight. Overflow parking is available. The bar had a nice menu for dinner, the food was delicious. Close to LSU."

"This hotel is exceptionally well-maintained and spotlessly clean, featuring really nice rooms and excellent food from the onsite restaurants. The casino floor provides a great atmosphere, and small touches like the complimentary water bottles by the front desk were much appreciated, though I was a bit sad to discover the property no longer has a pool. While the free valet parking is a fantastic value add, it can get heavily congested during major events; we experienced a pretty significant delay...

All our bags and belongins got wet. the bathroom wall had mold on it, and the tub had a leak as well. We were under water and mold the whole stay. I called the front desk to let them know as soon as we checked in and saw the condition of the room and the front desk clerk told me they didn't have any available rooms at that time but will get us in another room the next day but that never...
