"Really easy check in process and things were explained throughly"

"This hotel ranks up there with the top hotel choices . Well worth the money you spend. Even the room smelled great when I arrived. Txts from the hotel manager to check on me and any needs I may have. Breakfast was excellent. They even had almond milk for persons that prefer or cant do dairy. Pool was nice as was hot tub. Close to everything you could want or need. Highly recommend"

"Io was greeted by staff, very friendly....room was clean and fresh, I slept very well. Continental breakfast was great. I used the Jacuzzi and pool, relaxing after. I would definitely stay there again. 🏆👍"

"Our first room was filthy, dirt and something wet by the phone, the phone was also very dirty as were the windows in the inside. There was dirt inside the frig and the outlet by the bed did not work nor did the tv. We got moved to a new room and I showed the employee the dirty napkin I used to wipe the filth off by the phone, she didn't really say anything. The next room was cleaner. Bed's were kind of hard. "My door was broken so I became stuck inside the room with my family. Using all my force I was able to rip the door open and inform the staff. The staff was very friendly and apologetic but we still had to use the room for the night. Returning to the room at night, we were stuck outside as the door required me slamming my body into the door multiple times to get it open. They called a maintenance guy the next morning but we were given a new room. The new room had some stains on the bed skirt and...

"Very clean, great location with several good restaurants within walking distance, about 20 minutes to downtown Madison. Fun pool and hot tub."

"Perfectly located for out visit to Epic. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast selection."

"One of the main reasons I reserved a room here is because of the pool. When the pool is closed it should be noted before you make a reservation. The grandkids were not happy, also the bathroom needs work."

"I am asking for a Refund. We did not even stay in the property because of how disgusting and horrific it was. There was an awful smell in our room. The room looked like a prison cell the bed was against the wall with chipped paint all over. There was dirty and garbage on the bathroom floor."
