Pros:Easy parking, near airport, comfortable bed. Cons: bug on bed, dirty towel, loose toilet, noisy next door room, continental breakfast: no coffee, one mini muffin, 2 slices of bread.

I walked into the lobby and my room key was waiting for me with a quick computer check. The room was clean, cool and comfortable. We enjoyed our uninterrupted night sleep and were pleased with the breakfast selection. We will stay definitely stay at the Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Madison East again or any Microtel Inn & Suites nationwide.

The room smelled like mildew. The ice machine was out of order. The toilet would not flush. The beds were worn out. This property needs a serious update.

The property was very run down and in disrepair. No working ice or vending. Our room key stopped working 2 hours after check in and the front desk staff spent most of their time outside so difficult to find. Our room smelt moldy and was not clean or maintained. The toilet paper holder fell off the wall and the lights flickered and blinked. Very outdated and neglected. It was quiet though and close to shopping.

I'll start with the good. The guy who runs the place and apparently took over recently is by all counts a nice guy. I felt he wants the place to be good so who knows, 10 months from now could be great. For now though - not good. I had 5 rooms for me and my buddies. No towels in most of the rooms, doors didn't close properly. 1 room assigned to us had people in it. Rooms were dirty, toilet paper holder was barely hanging in the wall. Continental Breakfast is a lie - they had a loaf of white bread you could make a piece of toast with, a gallon of milk, and that's about it. We were a group of 8 dudes doing boys weekend so we didn't care, but when we talk about the memories of the weekend, this hotel comes up a lot - and not good. Price was cheap though - so there is that.

The cleaning staff did the best they could with what they had. This place is in serious need of updating! Rust everywhere, no working tv, lumpy pillows, fried outlet in the bathroom, shower chair was disgusting, ect.

This property needs an overhaul. The pictures on the website are misleading and out date. The rooms are nasty and unsafe. Please keep searching for a better hotel it looks nice on the outside but don’t be fooled.

Very dated and the property picture doesn't much look like the property. Smelled like garbage and weed throughout. Very friendly and helpful woman who checked us in early. Very rude standoffish gentleman at the desk when we left. Not hot breakfast as advertised. For the money not worth it.

a complete nightmare of a stay! from the moment we checked in, the entire building smelled like cigarette smoke. upon entering our room on the second floor, the lights were dim and flickering, the floor was sticky and dirty! we found hair in the shower, dirty towels, cigarette ashes on the ground, fingerprints on the tv + microwave and window. when i checked the bed, i found brown crumbs and hair. it was absolutely disgusting!!!!!!!!! it was very late and we are not from the area so booked this hotel at the last minute. while trying to enjoy a late night meal standing because we refused to sit down, we noticed a plastic bag wrapped around the smoke detector .., so if there was a fire, the detector probably wouldn’t go off! the halls were stinky and our room had a foul smell too! we asked for new bedding because we refused to sleep in the bed with the dirty sheets! it was the most uncomfortable stay! we did not feel safe and as soon as we woke up, left immediately! we took photos and videos of the room to document how disgusting it was. there was no staff at the front desk and left our keys at the desk. absolutely filthy and dirty!

The place smelled of pot and vaping/cigarettes smoke from the minute we walked in the door to our third floor room. The rooms all had “no smoking” signs. People were just randomly gathered in the back parking lot. The back door had a sign “use other doors” but it was completely open and unlocked all night. My bed had some bluish type stain on the bed sheets. Not a good night sleep for us.

The property was right on the edge of the interstate, and my room is terribly noisy, the windows are single pain and had to check several times to make sure they were shut. Also my room was tiny almost the size of a camper. A lot of stuff didn't work like the ice maker on the third floor where I was at and the breakfast wasn't well kept or stocked when things ran out they didn't replace them. I only stayed here because it was cheap

Hands down the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. No sign outside. Everything in the room was damp; every towel, sheet, and blanket was stained. Told front desk our tv was broken to which they said they would fix it, and never did. Someone’s entire fingernail adorned the bench beneath with the window. The lighting aesthetic in the room was that of a gulag struggling with government funding. Had the price not been so high for our stay, I could stomach the conditions. But this hotel should be removed from Expedia for the sake of the general public.
