They sold my room after I had booked it with Expedia and had my confirmation number. And when I called the staff was very rude and disrespectful

There were fights on the property, people were loitering outside and inside the lobby. My neighbors from all directions partied all night and morning. AC is molded, bed smells like urine. Just an overall bad stay for me..

For the price the hotel was good. It smelled like cigarette smoke and pets when you walk in, but the rooms were clean and had no smell. Because of the price there are a lot of homeless people staying there, but I never felt unsafe or uncomfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay there again because the room was clean and comfortable and it was much cheaper than all of the other options in Madison.

After I paid $160 for a room, the owner of the property said I was banned from the property and I never even stayed there! Ridiculous that they scam hard working people out of their hard earned money.

The place was terrible, people hanging out and look like they were on drugs. The hotel look like it host addicts. I would never stay or book at this location again!

The bathroom and sink area were clean, and had hot water for the shower. Could have used an extra blanket and the TV had NO Signal. The unit below the window, the fan was very loud and needed to be cleaned. Hall flooring was dirty and the place smelled of cigarette smoke. In fact, when returning home, items in the suitcase smelled of smoke. Never again, and my opinion should not be listed on Expedia. The person that checked us in was very kind and helpful.

This place was filthy. I came home with bedbugs bites. The room was supposed to be a King, but I had a filthy double. Wanted to leave immediately but there was a Football game in Town. The room had no clock, no amenities, no trash can. The security locked doors were broken. People were smoking in rooms. Fighting, dogs barking, front desk was great when you could find them. People sleeping in cars in the lot. I felt very unsafe and it was a rough night.

Nothing as described, property needs maintenance and repairs all around the place. Room was cleaned once during our week long stay, hallways and entry ways were a mess. Parking lot had trash everywhere. Furniture in room was all in rough shape

This property is horrible! It's vwry unsafe. They homeless people walking and sleeping around the property. Homeless people sleeping in front of the entry doors. I couldn't identify the staff from the people that was just hanging around because the staff sits outside on the parking lot with the homeless. It's so noisy. After 8pm it's like a drug zone. This place shouldn't not even be advertised.
