The room was very clean and perfect for a quick overnight. It was cold, and since the thermostat senses body temperature, we were not able to heat the room adequately when we went to dinner, so it was quite cold when we got back. We were able to borrow a space heater, which was helpful. There was adequate street parking and the check in process was simple and worked well.

Loved the self check-in. Did have to park a block away, but not terrible. Rooms were clean and bathrooms are spacious. A quaint hotel and overall a good experience!

Great place! It was very clean and check-in was easy; however, the property isn't great for people with mobility issues - every room is on a different floor and requires going up or down stairs. Unfortunately, there was also no elevator. It wasn't a problem initially, but I ended up hurting my knee off-site and getting up three floors of stairs was more than a little difficult.

I was initially nervous when I read that the hotel did not have their own parking area, but it was super easy to find spaces on the street, right in front of the property. The check-in process was simple — I received a text with the access code and I was able to get in without any problems or fuss. The room was spacious and clean and had everything I needed. I will definitely book again.

The hotel is well located, good price, it is clean and spacious, miss not having an elevator. Parking was something that was a sock, on the hotel’s description said there was a parking, but only on the street. It is close to the capitol and easy drive.

We stayed in the ground floor unit in the back, designed for accessible travelers so quite roomy. It was clean, basic, and comfortable. There was some early morning street noise, not the hotel's fault, otherwise we slept fine. Never saw a human, but we didn't need any assistance. No frills, great location for us, a good value.

A great place for me.

This worked great. A nice neighborhood to walk around, with a cafe downstairs and the food coop next door. It's the opposite side of town from the university, but the conference center and business center is 1.3 miles (a 25-minute walk), and for those on public transit, there's a bus stop just outside the door.

It’s great if all goes well; fun location etc. but if there’s issues there’s no one around and no one to communicate with. It was challenging to check in and confirm our room number and then once we got in our room its hot and stuffy and the super cool fan/ac doesn’t work and no one is available to talk to/problem solve with. A bummer to be sure.
