"The building, room, and furniture all seem to be brand new. (Obviously an older mom and pops that was remodeled well.) I wasn't able to sample the breakfast because I had to leave early, but the property was clean, the desk staff was available later in the evening, and the price was very competitive with my Expedia status. What a pleasant surprise! The location was convenient and I would definitely stay here again."

"I’ve stayed here a few times over the years, so it’s not really that bad, the pool is never usable, the breakfast is a joke, the rooms are worn and the bathroom is especially worn out. Why do I stay there? Price, convenience and the staff. The place is right off the highway, quiet and safe feeling, the price is the best I could find for Kentucky Derby week, and the staff is friendly and helpful. "Good cheap place to stay, especially if you only plan to sleep there. Overall property was clean and easy to find, gas station was a 2min walk away for snacks and whatnot. There is a 15% off at the restuarant Nobles, if you stay at the Inn. Staff were all super friendly and answer questions/phone calls quickly. Property needs updating and cleaning practices could be better, the sheets on the bed had strains on them, but I always take my own blankets anyway. Some outlets worked some didn't,...
