"3 people in the room, Given 2 bath towels and told that was all they had. One family member had to dry with hand towels. Breakfast was ok but not restocked and again "ran out" of basics like yogurt. Hotel is near apartment building that can be loud at times. It was close to places we wanted to visit."

"This is the first time I have stayed at one of these properties, as this was a last minute reservation. I was pleasantly surprised, as it was immaculate. Extremely clean room, gym and breakfast area. David was working the breakfast area and was very friendly, helpful and attended to the area, keeping it all tidy. The front desk attendant was also very friendly."

"This was an unusually poor hotel. It started with the front desk staff that couldn't have been more unwelcoming. We aren't particular about having room service clean the room, but the desk said they would. They didn't. Different desk staff said they would after three nights. They didn't. Finally, after four nights they cleaned the room. On each of the previous nights, I would have to talk to the unwelcoming front desk and respectfully ask for fresh towels and more coffee. A hotel is a hotel,...

"Place was okay, not as nice as the photos. Room was fine, I did find random hairs on the bed and in the bathroom from the previous person staying there which was a little gross. The women who checked me in was very sweet. I got to the breakfast right at 7am the eggs were gone and the gravy was cold."

"We were just there for a Saturday night and enjoyed our stay. After a busy day, we enjoyed a few cocktails at the bar and the server was engaging (while busy) Bobcats off to her. A++ stay, thank you!"

"The room was fine. Our issue was we were there 5 days and housekeeping did not come in one time to clean our room. We took our trash out ourselves. We had kids so lot of trash. I had to go get towels from front desk and put my used ones in the hallway. We had girls. We ran out of shampoo and toilets paper. Again we had girls. They swam every day. I ask why our room was not clean and the desk clerk said he had no idea….. This was an expensive week due to the USTA national trampoline...
