"Stayed for one night on the way south. Uzerche was a nice place but quiet and we found limited options to eat at a reasonable price. The room was fine. The restaurant food was good but quite pricey, we thought."

"This was a one night stay for a short visit to the region for family reasons. There was nobody around on arrival. The restaurant was closed.There was a handwritten message stuck to the inside of the window explaining how to get to our room. The key was in the door. I needed to use the Wi-Fi during my stay but wasn’t informed what the password was and there was nobody around to ask. On leaving the restaurant was open and there was somebody there to take the key. Service was very poor, but I guess...

"Sejour bien dans l'ensemble mais a peine ouvert et pas de snaking le soir et des travaux sont a prevoir car le rideau la chaine était cassé et la fenetre ne restait pas ouverte et les petites terrasses en bois beaucoup de planche sont a changer mais c'était l'ouverture sinon tres propre prevoir des raclettes dans les douches et du sucre pour le petit déjeuner "

Breakfast was self service with good quality choice and produce. The restaurant was fantastic, fresh ingredients on all courses, beautifully cooked and served accompanied with a well chosen wine. "Unpleasant receptionist. Knocked at the door at 11h03 to ask when we leave when check out is at 11. No AC, no elevator. Spiders, ants, etc everywhere in the room"

"The room was good, the parking easy. But it seemed the hotel was understaffed particularly in the kitchen or dining room. At dinner there were Long waits for sevice, people were getting agitated. When the food did arrive it was excellent. The dining room was busy that evening. "
