Very nice place to stay in! It was walking distance to everything I wanted to see and do. Lots of places to eat near by. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was super clean and the room was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again! The sweet treats on the door on our way out was a very nice touch because we had a long day ahead and needed a little sustenance before starting.

The hotel was nice. The only thing to consider is that the rooms have an open concept. So toilet and shower are each in closed room but sink and mirror are out in the open room. So if sharing the room it’s a bit of maneuvering to dress in the shower. Other than that, hotel was nice and in a great location.

Location was wonderful, close to shops, restaurants and Plaza Mayor😊 Although there was a lift, the design of the boutique property meant that access to the breakfast area in the basement was difficult, with over thirty stairs. There were also more steps up and down between other areas, including the entrance foyer. There was good aircon and modern bathroom facilities.

The hotel is centrally located, and the room was spacious. I have used B&B in prior occasions, and this one unfortunately was not the best. The set up of the hotel has many staircases that forces you to go up and down with your luggage, I am very grateful that I’m using my carry-on this time. Even though I spoke Spanish, the person at the front desk was not very friendly. She wasn’t rude or anything bad. Her attitude was not the best. I will continue using the B&B from Sol from now on. That may skip this location for my next trip.

Fantastic stay in the heart of Madrid. Great location, staff were very friendly and were great at recommending non-tourist restaurants for us. We were provided with a small breakfast bag every morning which was a surprise and nice touch! There is a communal space where free tea, coffee and biscuits/fruit is provided which is such a lovely touch. Rooms were clean, quiet and well maintained. Absolutely no complaints and would happily stay here again!
