Estafa total!!!

No corresponde en absoluto con las fotos de la pagina, habitacion pequeña y sucia, recepcion inexistente, desayuno inexistente, habitaciones muy muy viejas y destartaladas, muebles de segunda mano y rotos, baño tercer mundista, parece una habitacion del extraradio para encuentros casuales, una pena porque el edificio en si, es centrico en plena gran via Madrileña con una ubicacion inmejorable, pero completamente abandonado y casi en ruina, no se puede hablar de suite ya que es un piso antiguo al cual han cerrado una mini habitacion (y ademas le han puesto dos camas supletorias cuando la reserva era para dos personas). Experiencia desastrosa que spero de corazon no volver a repetir, completamente decepcionados con hotels.compor no averiguar que lo que se ofrece en su pagina corresponda a la realidad, de repetirse dejariamos de utilizar esta pagina.

Carlos and Jonny were a great help in all regards but the property really is a hostel and not a hotel. Unless you are ok with rustic hostel accommodations pick another property. The price is good for being on Grand Via and that was my criteria for a short stay in Madrid on the way home from 2 weeks in Asturius. We wanted to visit the Prado, Saint Gines (best churros in the world), Corte Engles, Plaza Mayor, Sol, and San Miguel Market all in one day. This place is perfect location for all of that.

No es lo que anuncian

Se publicita como "Gran Suites", pero son habitaciones mal adaptadas de un piso antiguo de la Gran Via. La habitación que me asiganron daba a un patio interior donde estaban todas las máquinas del aire acondicionado del edificio que hacian un ruido infernal. En la habitación no habia armario y las perchas estaban encima de una mesa. El cuarto de baño sólo esta separado por una mampara baja y en mal estado. Para desayunar habia que esperar turno porque la cocina sólo tiene una mesa. Y, por último, me olvide parte del pijama y el chico encargado no me lo ha enviado a pesar de hablar con él y mandale un mensaje. Bueno, no sé como no vigilan estos establecimientos que no merecen estar abiertos.

Mala experiencia

La reserva la eh hecho por hoteles.com y cuando me diriji allí no me habrieron la puerta a las 12 de la noche que era la hora de la reserva llame y escribí a sus números de teléfono y no me contestaron dejandome con mis dos hijos en la calle y al otro día al llamar contestaron 12 horas después a un Wasap y me llamaron y no me trataron mal y me dijeron que no se hacían responsables por los problemas que tenía que contactar con hoteles.com donde hice la reserva en global super mal deberían sacar a este tipo y sus servicios de esta página.....

Centrico pero pésimo

Lo unico bueno la ubicación y el trato del propietario,lo demás pésimo!!esl water es ecológico y no puedes tirar papel....una cerdada!se encuentra dentro de la habitación y solo te separa una mampara q además esta estropeada y se desengancha del carril...por supuesto q no habia utensilios de baño..(jabón,champú,cepillo...),solo una toalla x persona y papel higiénico. La ventana no se puede abrir porque se atasca,la persiana si la bajas ya no puedes subirla,y para mas colmo entra frío y por la noche nos congelamos.Si a esto se le puede llamar una “suite” es de escándalo!!no lo recomiendo a nadie y por supuesto no volveré.Y para terminar...la puerta corredera de la habitación es de papel de fumar y se oye TODO!!es el peor sitio donde he estado.

central but noisy

Small apartment in very good location in central Madrid at the Gran Via. However, this also the downside: it is very noisy due to the traffic on the big street next to the apartment. It is almost impossible to sleep without ear-plugs. Shower is located next to the bed. Toilette is very small and old-fashioned. On the other hand clean apartment with friendly staff and shared living-room.

Nuestra estancia ha sido muy buena, la ubicación es perfecta, muy céntrica, la habitación confortable y calentita. De lo mejor el trato recibido por Rey, muy amable, te sientes como en casa. Gracias por todo.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang mit Einweisung in die Sicherheitsvorkehrungen. Auch zu später Stunde stets zur Hilfe bereit. Schönes, sauberes Haus mit Fahrstuhl. Das Zimmer war, wie beschrieben. Gemütlich und ordentlich, mit kleinem Kühlschrank und TV (keine deutschen Programme), sowie Dusche und WC im Raum. Ein neuer Anstrich wäre wünschenswert. Grosser Vorraum nach Art eines Wohnzimmers, sowie Küche zur gemeinsamen Nutzung. Frühstück in einem netten Cafe um die Ecke mit hervorragendem Service und leckerer Auswahl.

Excelente ubicación para conocer Madrid

El lugar es limpio y agradable. El personal muy amable y servicial. Puedes llegar a los principales lugares turísticos caminando. La habitación es un poco reducida, pero si el objetivo es andar por la ciudad ese no es problema. Tiene el inconveniente de que es necesario comunicarte con un encargado para que te reciba, pues no tiene recepción. Los ruidos y las charlas de las otras habitaciones se escuchan, aunque tienen la regla de que después de las 10 de la noche hay que evitar hacer ruido. Incluye desayuno en un lugar cerca y con buen servicio. Sin duda su mayor ventaja es la ubicación. Si vuelvo a Madrid me hospedaría nuevamente.

No es una Suite para nada.

Muy poca seguridad, puertas que no cierran, colchón incómodo, mal mantenido, no funcionaba ni la cafetera, ni el microondas, ni la nevera, ni el aire. Mal aislado del ruido por estar en Gran vía, 5º piso con ascensor estropeado y un largo etc. que me lleva a no recomendar este sitio.

Fujam, pior experiência

Muito péssimo, primeiro lugar não é hotel. O “estabelecimento” ocupa metade de um andar de um prédio, muito mal dividido. Não tem placa nem sinalização. Não tem recepcão e nenhum responsavel lá. Estrutura péssima, não tinha toalhas, um entra e sai de gente esquisita. Por fim,o café da manhã é num bar distante 3 quadras. Pior experiencia que já tive em hospedagem. Visando segurança da minha família optamos por não ficar lá. Fomos embora e o hoteis.com nos deixou com o prejuízo... não recomendo esse “hotel” e também não recomendo o Hoteis.com por não terem critério ao credenciar estabelecimentos!

Trouble in Madrid

We found the address and asked for the "Gran Via Suites) at the store which shares their addressl. They never heard of it and identified for us the "Palmer House" (wrongly) a few blocks away. We found "Gran Via Suites" a few blocks away, but they denied that we had a reservation. We finally found the place. The gate at the address was open--there was no sign identifying it, but the person inside said we were at the right address. We wasted.2 1/2 hours. The place has no regular check-in, no concierge, and no phone. The bed and the room were all right, and the "hotel" is trying to be ecological and to have up-to-date facilities. I note that they have co-opted the name of an apartment complex who would deny any affiliation. We chose it for its location--the people we were traveling with were at a sold-out hotel a few blocks up the Gran Via. Others came to check in while we were there--I don't know their experience of trying to find it at an open time. We were glad to move on.

Need to fix locks

The great thing was it was near the inner city. Everything is walkable distance. The bad part was the apartment wasn't as expected. Everything looked worn out. Shower head had water coming out from a few holes, the door locks for every room was complicated to open. Another guest experience the same issue opening the doors. My friends and I would take turns trying to open the door the get in the apartment. Also, it was mentioned there would be continental breakfast. We woke up and there was nothing. The apartment host wasn't there or anything. Luckily since everything is near by, we went to a buffet that charged 5 euros. At the end of the day we had a room to sleep in. Everything just needs to be maintained more since it's very worn out.

Good Location

Would not stay there again. Room is inside an apartment. Toilet made loud noise every time you flushed & you could not flush any toilet paper or it would clog. You had to throw out in garbage. Was there two nights & garbage was not changed. You needed three different keys to get into room, one for front door of building, one for apartment door, & one for room. Lock on the apartment door wouldn't open properly & one night was 20 minutes trying to open. Called 6 times before anyone answered my call. Only saw the staff when we checked in, no one around the rest of the time. Room is small & no blankets, just sheets to cover up.

Quedaron con nosotros a una hora y no vinieron ni nos cogieron el teléfono, tuvimos que subir y otro inquilino nos abrió la puerta, la habitación no se parecía a las fotos ni de lejos, la palabra suites esta utilizada en este caso muy alegremente...

Poca comunicazione

Abbiamo provato a contattare la struttura ma non abbiamo mai ricevuto risposta. Una volta nella struttura ci hanno fornito in solo cambio fi asciugamani e nessuno è mai venuto a pulire la stanza. La cosa positiva è la posizione perché dal hotel si può arrivare a piedi ovunque
