Very nice stay!

It was a very good stay the people at the front desk were really nice and patient. They were always willing to help refrigerate my cousin's insuline and we appreciated that. The room was clean, beds okay. It did not have air conditioning but the fan helped a lot. We stayed for one night but we would like to go back.

HĆ“tel trĆØs bien situĆ© en plein centre prĆØs de sites Ć  visiter (plaza mayor, gran via...). Nombreuses boutiques Ć  proximitĆ©. Quartier vivant et agrĆ©able, mĆ©tro et bus Ć  disposition.un peu de bruit le soir mais c'est le propre d'un quartier vivant et c'est l'occasion de sortir et de se promener. Bonne situation gĆ©ographique (Ć  cĆ“tĆ© de Puerta del Sol) - pratique pour passer le RĆ©veillon malgrĆ© que la rue est momentanĆ©ment fermĆ©e (accĆØs par une autre artĆØre). HĆ“tel vĆ©tuste, chambre minuscule pour 4 personnes. Lits trop petits et mauvais matelas et oreillers. La salle de bains mĆ©riterait une rĆ©novation. Les linges sont changĆ©s tous les 2 jours. Notre chambre donnait sur une cour intĆ©rieure avec un voisinage trĆØs bruyant. Point positif : le personnel Ć©tait accueillant.

Hostal muy bien situado, a pocos minutos de la Puerta de Sol. Aunque la habitacion era pequeƱa estaba bien porque unicamente estuvimos para dormir; la limpieza muy buena. Los contras, no tenia persianas ni cortinas opacas y entraba mucha claridad, y habia mucho ruido procedente de la recepciĆ³n y de las demĆ”s personas que alli se alojaban.
