SÚPER BIEN UBICADO

En realidad si lo que quieres es un lugar cómodo,centrico,y sobre todo limpio y no pagar tanto te recomiendo este hostal ...Tal vez no tenga los lujos de un hotel como tal pero es súper céntrico y cómodo.

Boa Localização e bom custo-benefício

Excelente localização. Fizemos os principais pontos turísticos caminhando a partir do hotel. Pontos de metrô fica a poucos metros do hotel. O preço da hospedagem também foi muito bom. Pontos a melhorar: a cama poderia ser um pouco melhor.

J"ete tres deçu! Jusq'a maintainant j'ai pansé que que les femmes de chambre d'hotels n'ont pas faire les valises de voyageurs sans AUTORISATION de ces derniers! Quand j'ai rentré a l'hotel 19 novembre (Hostel Estela,Madrid) j'ai trouvé ma valise et mon sac pas dans ma chambre,mais dans la piece a coté!!! Mes choses menu,qui se trouvé dans les tiroire et et sur le lit a etait jeté dans ma valise sans ordr ( eponge avec pantalons etc...) Je trouve ça inadmisible!!!

La situación inmejorable....el baño lamentable se atascó el primer día y hasta después de una hora no pusieron solución alguna con el baño encharcado y un olor horroroso....Demasiado ruido por las noches de movimientos de muebles y portazos pero quiero duponer que eran los huéspedes

This hotel was ok, nothing special. It was nice to have a sink in the room but the bed was uncomfortable and the place didn't feel that clean. It was good for a quick one night stay before leaving early in the morning as it was close to the metro, shops and restaurant.

Lamentable

Lo unico bueno que puedo decir de este lugar es su ubicación (enfrente de la plaza callao y gran via) es una ubicación excelente si deseas conocer la ciudad, por el precio de una habitación doble en pleno centro no esperaba maravillas, pero entre sencillo y bochornoso hay una gran diferencia. Para empezar, tienes que ir a hacer el check-in al segundo piso (las habitaciones están en el quinto) la señora que te atiende se lo toma con mucha calma,una vez realizado el chek-in, subimos a nuestra habitación y nos encontramos con que está ocupada, la cama sin hacer, útiles de los huespedes que habia en ese momento, total, un desastre, bajo a quejarme y la mujer de recepcion entre risas y restandole importancia al asunto me comenta que la hora de entrada es 3-4 de la tarde, cuando en la pagina pone check-in 24h. Finalmente consigo que nos cambien a otra habitación. Paredes manchadas, olores putrefactos salientes por la rendija del lavabo, pelos en la cama, un moco en el interruptor de la luz, televisión que no coje todos los canales, en fin....si la intención es pasar una noche en una buena ubicación el sitio está bien pero no lo recomiendo para ir en pareja, del personal la unica persona que se preocupó en todo momento fué la camarera de piso, una chica muy maja.

No volvería.

La habitación era normal a excepción de que el "cuarto de baño privado" era un tabique que no llegaba ni al techo, además de que no te podías sentar en el váter de lo pegado a la pared que estaba. Para hacer el check in te hacen bajar a otra planta del edificio. No hay nadie en la recepción en ningún momento y las habitaciones las limpian solo cuando te vas. He estado en muchos hostales baratos pero este es el peor sin duda. Sin contar que te ponen dos toallas y una mini botella de gel usada (a eso llaman en la página utensilios de aseo).

Fair for the Price

The hotel location is quite complicated. Also, we have to check in the different hostel on different floor, but still in the same building. The staff can't speak english. We loved the neighborhood. It was pretty near from plaza with many good restaurant in Madrid.
