Great location, close to everting. I didn't have to take the train a single time, walked everywhere. The rooftop restaurant /bar is a hidden gem. The rooms are very comfortable and well equipped, I would have like to have a coffee machine thorough as I had an early flight home and I struggled without. This is a minor but easy correction. Overall 10/10.

Cute property and great location. I was so surprised at how bad the staff is. I sprained my ankle and they didn’t want to give me ice for it, even when I offered to pay. Thankfully one of the breakfast employees was willing to do it. I needed help with my luggage and they refused to do that too. The doorman saw me really struggling with 2 suitcases and hobbling and avoided eye contact with me. I asked if he could bring up a food delivery to my room and he refused. Really shockingly rude and useless staff.
