Very clean and comfortable apartment. Close to gran via stop and near lots of restaurants, bars, shops, and points of interest. Checkin was quick and easy. Hosts were responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

My daughter and I stayed one night, and wished we were in Madrid longer. The check in was so easy, and the after hours reception extremely helpful. The location was perfect, close to transportation, easy to get to from the airport, and close to all the things we hoped to see. Can’t even begin on all of the amenities in the room. Loved it and would highly recommend.

We had a very good time in this hotel, everything was good and comfortable. Check in process was good and easy and they allow us to get to the room earlier then check in time, it was very nice of them. Highly recommend this place. We had a comfortable stay , has water to share and coffee. Got there at midnight, so we checked out around 10 am , they kept our luggage since we need to roam around a little bit . It is a good location and the personnel at the reception is friendly and helpful his name is Ivan .
