there were some issues I had. I was promised a wine bottle that wasn’t there when I arrived, the frozen section of your fridge was dirty, it looked like a soda busted in there and it wasn’t cleaned. There was also a weird sewer smell when I first arrived and throughout. I had to spray the room for it to smell better. I’m letting you know now because I honestly didn’t want to make a big fuss about it since I was here to enjoy my vacation. I enjoyed staying here it was very pleasant and I loved the room!

Description for the hotel is totally accurate. Rooms were nice and WiFi and A/C were great. However, it's a bit away from the action in Madrid if that's what you're looking for. About a 30-40 minute bus ride or 15-20 minute Taxi from the Suites. I do believe there are permanent residents here as well. The Suites are heavily gated and the area isn't particularly clean. Easy walk to the bus and metro stops. All and all the place itself was great. Staying in Villaverde district for tourists may not be the best option.

The young lady on reception was just so lovely, friendly and helpful. The suite was spacious and clean. The sofa was not particularly comfortable, likely due to it being a sofa bed. The bathroom door had expanded possibly due to getting wet from the shower? It meant the door stuck at the bottom and caused my husband to walk into the door handle resulting in a bruised abdomen! The curtains are a little challenging to close and would benefit from an electronic mechanism. Only thing missing from kitchen was a tea towel, otherwise everything we needed. We were staying for a concert at Iberdola park so price of room reflected this. There is really nothing in the area to see but public transport is good and there is a supermarket around the corner. Worth noting it’s closed on Sunday,
