The breakfast was delicious, great start before busy, long days of tours in Madrid.

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Amenities
The hotel staff, especially the reception team, were kind, and helpful. The breakfast was also very good. However, the biggest issue was the terrible soundproofing. The walls are extremely thin, and you can hear everything from the hallway and neighboring rooms, even the sound of showers and running water. The noise was so loud and disturbing that it was almost impossible to sleep peacefully at night. Despite the excellent staff, this was a major disappointment.

Loved the location, close to downtown but quieter with easy access. Loved the staff so friendly and helpful. Kudos to Antonio and Elena who were amazing. The breakfast was by far the best breakfast in a hotel with fresh pastries, fresh fruits, superfoods with yogurt bar, made to order cafe (espresso, cappuccino, various teas) and made to order eggs, omelets or fritata. Wish we could give them 10 stars

Very good breakfast. Caring staff. This hotel is in the semi residential area. Need to define hotel entrance with more signs for parking as it could be confusing. Otherwise a very good hotel.

The kindest work staff, very clean and spacious rooms and amazing breakfast! I wish I stayed here my entire trip instead of the big name hotel I originally chose for the first half of our stay. This place is a hidden gem!

Hotel stay outside the city crowds.

Excellent friendly service. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and the rooms were kept tidy. Breakfast was generous. The hotel is a bit far away from the city center, but easily reachable with metro from the hotel. Several restaurants, bars and shopping options in the area.

I loved the breakfast they serve every morning. They have lots of fruits and an extensive yogurt bar. My only complaint is the bedroom size for 4 people. There is only 1 king size bed, the other bed is a pullout couch, which takes away a lot of walking space when being used.

There was no amenities. The A/C broke and they did not find out until 3 days later. We were given fans but they did not do anything. Finally they moved us to another hotel in the chain where the A/C actually worked. It is far from the center.
