We loved this hotel! So comfortable and has a lovely wine bar in the lobby. Great location walkable to a lot of sites and points of interest. My bed was so comfortable and the shower was great pressure (which is very important to me). I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Lovely helpful staff

This hotel was amazing! Right on a strip of bars and restaurants, we were never too far from a good time. The operation times of the restaurants is a bit confusing at first and tbh, it still was by the time we left but that’s not on the hotel. The room was so so cool with lots of fun decor. We were on the third floor so the restaurant inside of the lobby didn’t bother us at all. The bed was super comfy and clean. Showers were awesome. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would def stay again.

This property was probably one of, if not the best stay I’ve had at any location I’ve ever been to. The staff were all very nice and super helpful!! The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the food is phenominal here! The location is PERFECT and is very close to many other restaurants and shops in the center of Madrid. I would without a doubt book here again, and definitely plan to do so sometime again in the future! The layout of the building is so nicely designed, it really gives you a feel of what it could be like to live in the heart of Madrid!

Small, compact and cosy hotel in the heart of Madr

Most happening area of Madrid full of life. Hotel looked recently renovated. Very old property well designed. If you're looking for large and spacious rooms this is not the hotel for you. But if you are looking for a comfortable stay and a warm and hospitable team, with all highlights walking distance, definitely recommend this place

The front desk staff was ok. Don’t try calling them on the phone. They do not answer phone. The refrigerator in the room do not work. They don’t even give a bottle of water. The room was very, very, very small and the place is very,very noisy. The hotel was very convenient to the historical sites.Location was good.

Loved this hotel

This hotel is absolutely lovely. Really enjoyed our stay here. It's in the perfect location to spend the weekend exploring Madrid & ideal if you want to be in the hub of restaurants & bars. Loved our room too. The balcony was very Spanish and I enjoyed standing out there, watching the world go by. The bed was very comfortable, with extra pillows if you wanted them. The shower was perfect. There was plenty of space, & the style of the room was very modern. If I had to give one negative, it's the noise. Now, the outside noise is addressed by sound proofing & if you use the shutters that's an extra layer too so you only hear it as a murmur in the background. The noise from the restaurant though (& the cleaners in the morning), can't be drowned out unless you put the TV on (normal volume does the trick). That said, if your routine fits Madrid (i.e.: you go to bed at midnight or later & you're happy to wake up at 8.30am/9am) like we were, it won't be an issue for you; it wasn't for us. However, if you like to be in bed by 9pm or 10pm on a Saturday night, it might bother you. If we return to Madrid we'll definitely be staying here again.

The street this hotel was on was full of great restaurants, our tuk tuk tour guide was surprised that we picked the best street to stay! Walking distance to Mercado de San Miguel, too. The tub was also my best interest. Nice relaxing soak after long walk is delightful.

Small hotel in an excellent location. The service in the breakfast area was very good. Although there was a bar area it was always empty presumably because guests were out elsewhere. As a result there was no atmosphere in the hotel. It seems that hotels are simply somewhere to sleep, admittedly very comfortably, and a base from where to explore. I was travelling alone so couples probably didn’t notice this at all. My room was clean and functional. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Spent six nights at the hotel. Great location in the center of Madrid, within walking distance, or a short Metro ride, to just about everywhere in the city. Hotel on Cave Baja which has more Tapas places than you can possibly go to during your stay. Enjoy

Excelente ubicación, puedes visitar muchos lugares de interés caminando, muchos restaurantes sobre esa misma calle, solo no recomiendo visitar en verano, a no ser que el calor no sea un problema para ti, el aire acondicionado del cuarto no se da a basto, pasamos demasiado calor toda la noche, fuera de eso todo estaba bien.
