This was a great find, a little gem near everything. The location is extremely convenient, so close to Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor. The room is spacious, clean, and has a great shower. For this price, considered a Hostel this place is great value for money. And for those who love coffee, 20mts away there is an amazing coffee shop called Arabay, start your day here with a coffee and a croissant.

Very nice suites, newly renovated with A/C. Only downside if you’re travelling with larger luggage there is no elevator. I have no complaints. It’s located in a very convenient spot, 5 minutes away from plaza mayor. Thank you for the stay!

We were trying to contact the staff on what’s app days in advance, and no one responded didn’t have link for check in, when we finally got to a room they were doing construction in it we asked him to leave he said he would come back we said no, the hotel was all under construction. A/C remote battery died. Basically was an awful experience.. only positive was location and hair dryer. Do not recommend

the room was very small but very nice, everything was clean and well kept however, there were no batteries in the air con remote so the air con wouldn’t turn off and was very difficult to use

To get to the apartment, you have to climb the stairs of a really old building; the stairs are practically falling apart, so you could easily fall while carrying your luggage. Once you get there, the room is tiny—you can't even open the door fully, and you have to close the bathroom door just to use it; it’s incredibly inconvenient.

Quarto muito apertado. A disposição da cama literalmente pra passar para o outro lado do quarto você precisa andar sobre a cama. As escadas velhas, fedendo a mofo. Não tem elevador. Bem complicado de falar com o proprietário. Só o que vale é mesmo a localização e para pouquíssimas noites. Roupas de cama eram boas. Banheiro razoável. Só voltaria se não tivesse mesmo outra escolha.

A hostel with a private bathroom. I understand check in is at 15;00, but they could at least pick up / reply before, to give some peace of mind about check in details. I don't want to be glued to my phone on holidays. We were completely ghosted, no communication until 14;00 when they said, you will receive the details before 3pm. I booked a room with space around the bed, instead I was given the one with the bed stuck between the walls. When I told staff they just replied, the bed is moved. The hot water is only enough for one person, the next person showers with cold water. The shampoo/conditioner, is hand wash. We asked for clean towels as we were staying there for a few days, no reply. There were crumbs on the floor. The beds had no mattress protecters, a thin sheet as underlay and the mattresses must be super old as they had a dip where you'd sleep. The only thing worth about this hostel with private bathrooms, was the location. Just make sure youre okay with 3 floors without a lift.

Dieron tarde la información para ingreso, nadie contestaba y cuando contestan lo que dicen es que no fue tanto tiempo de atraso para brindar la información de ingreso. 3 pm era el check in pero lo dieron hasta las 4 sin siquiera comunicarse que están con algún atraso por lo que en la emergencia tuve que buscar otra opción de alojamiento. No quisieron reconocer el error ni descontar ningún monto.
