Novotel Madrid Center
Worst check in experience. Angry reception lady got upset at me as the room wasn’t ready when she said it was. She aggressively told me to come back after 2 which I was ok with, then got very defensive and rude when it wasn’t ready at 2:30pm. I think she was embarrassed, which isn’t a good look for ...

Hotel Chamartin The One
The receptionist was rude and abrupt on check in. We were given a disabled access room that was in very poor condition and not clean. The air conditioning wasn’t working and the noise from the building work at the station and from other guests kept us awake all night

Ubicación, limpieza, comodidad, y decoración muy buenas. El Staff muy atentos y dispuestos a solucionar cualquier consulta. Lo mejor el Buffet de desayuno y el personal que lo atiende.

Only YOU Hotel Atocha
Everything was perfect but my only complaint would be that the only option for a coffee and pasty before 9am is the full buffet in the 7th floor. Not everyone wants a full breakfast. It would be nice if the little coffee and pastry stand in the main floor opened sooner!
